Mammoth School Overview

The kids of Mammoth Middle School met with real geologists and people who live and work in the Long Valley and Mammoth Mountain! They learned about volcanoes, calderas, mysterious dead trees, the history of Mammoth Mountain, Pauite legends, and about how the region was formed by powerful geological forces.
